May 24th: Arepas

Lars really delivered this morning! A beautiful Sunday service and then brunch on the back porch under the veiled sun. This morning on Cooking Across the Globe 🌍 we head to South America for Arepas. I had never had this before but now I am a fan! These delicious cornmeal patties are topped with grilled onions, pinto beans, avacado, and a poached egg. Some paprika and homemade salsa gave it an extra kick. It was so delicious that I actually had to close my eyes as my smile was so big.
