Tonight on Cooking Across the Globe 🌏 I got a little frustration out! We have been dealing with a HORRIBLE teacher situation and getting the runaround! Ugh, it might be time to homeschool. Anyway, We made a Chicken Cordon Bleu with a yummy Dijon Parmesan sauce and a side of asparagus! I pounded out chicken breast, Lars cut up some ham and we lined the chicken with provolone, rolled it up dipped it panko and BAM! There is nothing left which means this dish will be made again!
